The village of Rhinebeck is transitioning its street waste receptacles from pole-mounted ones to Big Belly Solar Trash and Recycling units.
The 2014 festival will be held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck on Oct. 18 and 19.
The Rhinebeck-based nonprofit, will be one of six recipients of this year’s Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill Medal Awards.
