Micah C. Evans, 21, of Hudson, NY, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 as a result of an auto accident.
Micah was a Chef at Swoon Kitchenbar Restaurant in Hudson.
He enjoyed music and playing his guitar.
Born on March 21, 1990, in Danbury, CT, he is the son of Loretta (Plog) Day of Tivoli, NY and Scott Evans of Huntington, NY. He was a graduate of Huntington High School, and had attended Red Hook High School.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his three sisters; Heidi Evans of Poughkeepsie, NY, Ashley Evans of Poughkeepsie, NY, and Rachel Evans of Huntington, NY, his paternal grandparents; Douglas & Anita Evans of St. Augustine, FL, maternal grandparents; Kenneth & Beverly Plog of Rhinebeck, NY, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends may call at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes, Red Hook on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 1 – 3 PM. At 3:00 pm a Memorial Service will be held.
