Why should voters select you on election day?
As a lifelong resident of the Town of Red Hook whose family has resided in the area for over 260 years, maintaining the character and integrity of the community is of paramount importance. As a practicing criminal defense attorney for 26 years, I have learned that justice courts can be the portal which represents the community as a whole and it is therefore imperative that justice courts be managed with integrity and professionalism, and with a keen sense of maintaining compassion to insure that individuals who need the services of justice court are treated with dignity and respect.
Bearing in mind the current economic times, my fellow Judge, the Honorable Jonah Triebwasser, and I have worked hard to secure over $65,000.00 in New York State Grants, which have been earmarked to the Town of Red Hook for exclusive use in maintaining and improving the Court facilities, and to improve the necessary court security. We are proud of these accomplishments, and I pledge that the Town of Red Hook Justice Court will continue to maintain the highest standards of professionalism which the Town of Red Hook, and all who enter the Court, have come to appreciate and expect.
