Newburgh man faces Rhinebeck burglary charge

, 42, of Newburgh, was arrested Feb. 21 in the Village of Red Hook and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, according to a State Police report. An investigation revealed that on Oct. 9, 2013, the defendant reportedly entered a garage in the Town of Rhinebeck and stole a ladder worth about $500, the report said. was arraigned in Village of Red Hook Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail, in lieu of $500 cash bail.
