Domestic incident in Red Hook leads to couple’s arrest

A report of a domestic incident in Red Hook led to the arrests of a husband and wife Dec. 22, according to a State Police report. , 66, of Red Hook, was charged with third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment by physical contact, a violation; his wife, , 55, of Red Hook, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. According to the report, troopers responded to a domestic incident in which they reported that a woman threw a coffee cup at a man, who then threatened her with a knife. The man was injured by the coffee cup and was treated at Northern Dutchess Hospital. Both were issued tickets to appear in court.
