, 40, of Hudson, was arrested Nov. 30 in Livingston and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police report. The report stated that gave troopers a false name and was found to be in possession of the drugs after troopers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with a suspended registration, in which he was a passenger. He was remanded to Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
