In the town of Rhinebeck, parking on town roads between midnight and 8am is now prohibited until April 1.
Red Hook’s town-wide snow ordinance is also now in effect, which prohibits parking on town roads between the hours of 11pm and 7am until April 1.
In addition, Red Hook’s highway department is reminding residents that parking on the street at any time during a storm is an obstruction to snow removal. Those living along town roads should also remove basketball hoops or any other roadside obstacles from the town-maintained right-of-way in preparation for the winter plowing season.
In Milan, parking on all highways in the town is also prohibited until April 15. Any vehicle parked illegally will be towed at the owner’s expense.
In Hyde Park, there is no parking on any public highway or town street from midnight until 6am through March 15.
