Kinderhook woman gets felony charge in Red Hook traffic stop

, 48, of Kinderhook, was arrested on April 6 at 10:35am on East Market Street in the Village of Red Hook and charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony; two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a speeding infraction, according to a Red Hook Police report. Following a traffic stop, the report said, was found to be in possession of more than 70 prescription pills. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance to appear in Village court at a later date.
