Germantown man charged with DWI

Arrested March 27 at 11pm in the town of Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, a first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher, both misdemeanors, and the infraction of speeding, according to a state police report.

Felony drunk driving charge for Elizaville man

Arrested March 23 at 11:25am on Starbarrack Rd in the town of Red Hook and charged with two counts of drunk driving, both felonies since he had a previous conviction, as well as failing to use a turn signal and having an inadequate exhaust, both infractions, according to a Red Hook Police report.

Arrested March 18 at 4:02pm in the Town of Gallatin and charged with three misdemeanors — aggravated driving while intoxicated; driving while intoxicated, a first offense; and fourth-degree possession of a weapon, a stun gun — along with two infractions — parking on a highway and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway — according to a State Police report.
